This is an in-office therapy service in a group setting with other clients who may have similar goals, concerns or other commonalities that bring them together. Our groups are open so that clients can begin and end participation into a group at any time. Current groups include:
Women’s group meets every Monday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Discussing a variety of issues from depression and anxiety, to setting boundaries/limits, healthy living, positive head space, and other aspects of mental wellness.
For anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, etc.
Short-term or long-term psychotherapy.
Couples Counseling
Relationship issues, communication problems, intimacy.
Family Therapy
Conflict resolution, parenting challenges, intergenerational issues.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Behavioral issues, school-related concerns, emotional regulation.
Group Therapy
Thematic groups (e.g., social anxiety, anger management, stress relief).
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – for trauma.
Play Therapy – especially for children.
Art Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy
